Mel Sautter, President
Mel Sautter has been a member of the Parks Board since 2012. He also serves on the Planning Commission.
Mel and his wife moved to North Manchester in 2007. He commutes to Fort Wayne daily where he works as a Sales Engineer and Project Manager for Havel, a division of Shambaugh and Son.
