Welcome to the North Manchester Town Manager's office.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Attend Council Meetings and make recommendation on actions as he/she considers advisable.
  • Hire town employees according to pay schedules and standards.
  • Delegate responsibilities as necessary.
  • Administer and enforce all ordinance, orders, and resolutions of Council.
  • Shall see that all statutes, required to be administered by Council or the Town, are faithfully administered.
  • Prepare budget estimates and submit to Council when required.
  • Execute contracts on behalf of the town for materials, supplies, services or improvements, after the completion of appropriations, notice and competitive bidding required by statute.
  • Receive service of summons on behalf of the town.
  • Represent the Town for local organizations as well as County,State and Federal committees .
